Production process

We create an individual requirement profile according to your wishes and needs and advise you personally on the most diverse protection options. A noise emission measurement can be carried out on site. Together with you we will find the optimal hearing protection solution.

After a detailed anamnesis interview and an otoscopy of the ears, an individual ear impression of each user is taken by our prevention technician. This impression provides us with a precise replica of the auditory canal, which serves as a template for production. In this way we guarantee an optimal fit.

The ear impression is given directly to our in-house laboratory for further processing. A negative impression is made in the laboratory and the hearing protection blank is produced. Then the hearing protection blank, like a made-to-measure suit, is adapted exactly to the individual ear impression and provided with the core, the insulating element / filter, as well as the selected additional equipment and finished.

Upon delivery, our prevention technician will instruct you in the handling and care of the hearing protection products and practice their correct use. The accuracy of fit is then checked and the tightness or insulating performance is checked using an "eprometer".
